ethtool - Display or change ethernet card settings

ip - show / manipulate routing, devices, policy routing and tunnels

iptables - administration tool for IPv4 packet filtering and NAT

This can be used to clone an existing installation on multiple computers with same hardware.

Since the backed up partition needs to be unmounted, we need to use a live cd for cloning.
